**Missed Appointment Policy Update**

Due to an increasing number of no-call no-shows and last minute cancellations, we have decided to implement  a $15 service fee to be applied to the next visit. Last minute cancellations are appointments that are canceled within  12 hours of your appointment.  Because the majority of our business is appointment based, these missed appointments result in a loss for  us.  Please keep in mind that canceling in advance allows time for possible rebooking.  

This fee will also be applied to those who are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment as this will often result in the appointment needing to be canceled in order to ensure the next client is seen in a timely manner.
